Chimney & Fireplace Services in Washington, PA

There's a reason Washington's older homes are so admired, and their chimneys are part of that heritage. Frank & Sons specializes in caring for aging masonry across Washington County: repointing tired joints, restoring worn crowns, and relining flues that have served for decades.

The city of Washington is full of historic homes with original masonry chimneys that reward expert care. Whatever the age or style of your home, the fundamentals of good chimney care hold true: keep water out, keep the flue clean and sound, and catch small problems before Western Pennsylvania's winters turn them into big ones.

A Coordinated Approach for Historic Washington Homes

Older chimneys in Washington usually need several things at once — mortar, crown, liner, waterproofing — and the order matters. We map every issue with an inspection first, then address them as a coordinated project rather than a series of disconnected patches. That's what turns a tired chimney into one that's genuinely restored, and it's how we work on Washington County's older homes.

Because we cover the broader Washington County area, Washington homeowners are in good company: we also serve Canonsburg, Peters Township, McMurray, and Finleyville and the surrounding Washington County communities. If you're comparing notes with a neighbor about a chimney issue, chances are we can help you both.
